On Friday the LPFD Apparatus Committee received our fourth set of images for the New Engine build.

This update shows that the cab metal is completed, the body panels that were fabricated are now in the assembly phase, and the pump has been mounted in the new pump housing.

A few features of our new engine are starting to be noticed. Rear Discharges, low & wide hose bed, low outside high-rise pack storage, and low pull cross lays are all starting to take shape.

We are excited to see this progress and know that a new Fire Engine is on the way to serving the community soon.
